2. Account eligibility and KYC
You must provide accurate account information and complete required KYC/verification before using restricted services. Access can be limited until verification is complete or if submitted information cannot be validated.
3. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, OTPs and devices. Do not share passwords, OTPs, PINs or security credentials. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
4. Wallet and transactions
Wallet balances, debits, credits, charges and commissions are recorded in the system according to applicable service rules. You must verify transaction details before submission and keep transaction/reference IDs for reconciliation.
5. Service availability
Services depend on eligibility, KYC, account configuration, provider systems, banking networks, government/authorized networks and technical availability. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue a service when operationally necessary.
6. Fees and charges
Applicable service charges, taxes, commissions or other amounts may vary by service and configuration. The amount displayed/confirmed in the transaction flow is the applicable amount for that request unless corrected due to an evident system error.
7. Third-party services
Some services are fulfilled by banks, payment networks, API providers, travel operators, verification partners or other third parties. Their availability, processing rules, timelines and final status may be governed by their own terms and applicable requirements.
8. Prohibited use
- Fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access or false KYC.
- Transactions using stolen or unauthorized payment instruments.
- Attempts to bypass service limits, security, charges or provider restrictions.
- Use for illegal, deceptive, abusive or prohibited activity.
- Automated abuse, scraping, attacks or interference with platform operation.
9. Suspension and termination
Accounts or services may be restricted, suspended or terminated for suspected fraud, security risk, KYC/compliance issues, prohibited activity, provider direction, legal requirement or material breach of these terms.
10. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any service/provider-specific rules.
11. Limitation and service dependency
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party networks or instant completion of every request. Transaction resolution may depend on external systems beyond our direct control.
12. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms when services, security, operational or legal requirements change. Use of the platform is subject to applicable laws and the jurisdiction of competent authorities/courts.
